We are a British/Bulgarian team united by a burning desire to invest in Bulgaria, in it's land, homes and culture. Our game is to invest and improve, without detracting from the existing culture, nature and beauty.

Although we do offer a few 'standard off plan" projects, our main thrust is towards the more balanced property investment in rural and mountain areas such as Sliven, Veliko Turnovo and Elena. These areas of great beauty lack the overdeveloped atmosphere and stresses of the coastal and ski resorts, while offering much more in return. We strive to provide buyers with a home and a good sized plot to go with it.
